1. a) How can I get samples?
Sample send with FREE COST(under USD50.00) With Buyer Take the Charge of Express, Please noted that we only accept the sample sending with EXPRESS.

If the Buyer Have the Express Collect Account we will send sample with your account, if you havn't we will send you with ours, but you should make the express charge firstly to our account. Samples usually send out by Express like UPS, DHL, FedEx, and TNT at your option.  

   b) Can We send you a sample and produce it according it?

Yes, you Can! But before you send you the sample, let's confirm everything for the dealing, such for the price, the quantity, the payment term and Delivery term.
 
2. How to handle the samples?
Let us know which items No. and the quantity you wanted(usually under 2pcs per size); send us your detailed delivery contacts for freight estimate; we will combine all the info into one P/I (Performa Invoice) including the payment details for your payment reference; after your payment confirmation, we will send out the samples via Express like UPS/DHL/TNT/EMS/FedEx at your convenience; Usually 3~5 days expected for samples arrival to you after the sample collected. 

 
3. How to place an order?
Generally, you can send us your Purchase Order by Email or Fax, after receipt of your inquiry we will send you the Proforma Invoice (P/I) for your reference. The following info required before we send you the P/I: The required series and items No. and your watned quantity; your detailed company info and contacts for a faster and safe delivery;meathod of shipment you need and the nearest port... 

4. Can we get our own Logo printed on the products?
We can offer customers LOGO service.LOGO can be EMBOSSED or PRESSED on Product's body.You can send us the LOGO by email in JPEG or TIFF format.We will quote according to the Size,Color,Quantity details. 

5. How can the products be sent to us?
Re the Sample usuall with small quantity or weight less than 20 kgs, usually by courier like UPS,DHL,FedEX,EMS; for orders weight from 20 to 200 kgs,usually by Airfreight; for big quantity or large volume, usually by Seafreight. We will arrange the favorite way for delivery under clients' instruction.  

 
6. What's your usual payment term for orders?
T/T (wire Tranfer) or L/C payment.
